Our Story
In the spring of 2020, Pastor Ron Ives had a vision for a Christian school in the Mt. Pleasant area. Gathering a group of key individuals from different churches and backgrounds, an exploratory committee began meeting every other week. In November of 2021, the exploratory committee officially transitioned to a group of committed individuals taking on the task of moving forward to see Central Christian Academy become a reality in the central Michigan area.
We welcome you to Central Christian Academy (CCA). Our desire is to give parents another educational option when considering what school is best for their family. CCA desires to create an alternative for parents. Through prayer, determination, and God’s direction, Central Christian Academy is believing to open in the fall of 2025. Our vision is to provide a Biblical worldview education with academic excellence for every student. CCA trains young people, not only academically, but also in character development. Preparing students as leaders in the work force and society, their values will enable them to be an asset to their employer, the community, state, and nation. With great joy we say, “Go Golden Eagles!”

Testimonials
We are excited for CCA!
This is an answer to a prayer that I have been praying for over a year and a half. This will be a phenomenal choice.
To have an opportunity to send our grandchildren to a school where God is the foundation of the teaching and the foundation for all the academics, sets the children up for a very successful path forward.
I want my son’s education to be successful. The more important thing is I want my son to know how much Jesus loves him. My son is not what this world says he is, but my son is what Jesus says he is.
